Playing Favorites

As promised, let the formal introductions to the newest Blooms begin.

Aki

Aki is __ & ____, and he may be the one to look most similar to Parkin? Neither of these twins has Blair’s thin little lips like their older three brothers do so that’s promising.

Ari

Ari is ___ & ____. Like I said, he appears to have his Daddy’s full set of lips. Sadly though, 0 of the 5 have Parkin’s light blue eyes.

Since Avery and Aloysius are already potty-trained,  it’s time to acquaint the newest set of twins with the smelly little pots. Needless to say, Parkin’s got his hands full!

Our eldest generation A blue Bloom is also a busy little bee, autonomously doing his homework and cleaning dishes. I don’t think he’s really enjoying himself though.

It seems as though I was right, for I witnessed Asparagus having a little freakout. Pent up rage much little one?

Asparagus: Babies, babies, babies! When do I get any attention? How bout never, take that flamingo!

Oh dear, I’m afraid Asparagus has snapped. Maybe things will change with the older set of twins growing up…

Avery: I gwow up now?
Yes, turn on your sparklies. Sorry that there are no birthday photos – I threw a party with cakes but it was lag city and neither ever made it to their candle blowing destination.

Both of the the twins had traits locked in because Parkin and Blair were apparently not great parents. Which I think is total crappaloni, it’s just that neither of them learned all of their skills (walking, talking potty-ing)..I think each had one left.

Avery

Avery had the workaholic trait locked in if I remember correctly. I don’t know if you can see it but his hair is super light blonde with streaks of light blue, who did he inherit that from?

Aloysius

Aloysius had the good trait locked in, so we get to test worsidog’s theory of which traits will clean up! Hooray! He’s  the only kiddo with those green eyes which match his favorite color of seafoam quite well.

With three children now, I felt that it was necessary for Blair to say goodbye to the pigtails. I also have given her a new outfit and the makeover definitely ages her, but in a good way?

Parkin: Oh Blair, I approve.

Haha, I’m so glad that you approve Parkin because those pigtails were not coming back.

Anywho, guess what?? Aloysius (good trait) is doing a heckuva lot of cleaning up around the house.

The second shot with Ari on the potty so makes me smile!

Aloysius: I’m such a good boy! ::grin::

Yes I believe you are, you’re helping out a lot more than Asparagus seems to be.

Asparagus: What did you just say creator?? I just washed the dishes! I’m a good boy too! Where’s my mommy?

Blair has again resorted to sticking the twin with the black hair in the highchair. Aki here can be our pretend little girl right? Oh, please notice Blair and Avery in the background..he’s telling her how he wants to be big and strong just like his dad but she won’t let him on the treadmill.

Avery is the first Bloom to autonomously use the chess table! Hooryay!!

He likes to read a lot too. The art easel is standing lonesomely in the corner though, when will someone use that?

And here we have Parkin running in to take care of Ari and Aki.

Blair: Jeez, I was coming to do it, I’m just moving slow right now.

Parkin has had a change of career recently, he now works nights at the Bistro so that both he and Blair can work (no babysitter rule).

Poor Asparagus has begun to look elsewhere for attention.

He went home with this little girl, but for some reason is talking to her ugly-dress-wearing mother about…nothing? Way to go Asparagus, that’s how you make friends, just continue talking about nothing. That outfit though is horrible, what possessed me to download that?

Back at home Blair wakes up from a nap to visit her old friend..

I guess you weren’t too unbelievably tired when Parkin got home the other night, eh? You better start eating those watermelons that I put in your backpack (thanks Rad!).

Leave it to Avery to bring the first kid home from school, he’s really very productive.

His wafting stench doesn’t seem to have any effect on the little Ursine thank goodness. Asparagus has pulled out his homework but it looks like he’s rethinking that decision.

Asparagus: Aloysius! You’ll talk to me right?
Aloysius: Umm, well..::fidget::
Asparagus: You know how it’s all dark and cloudy during a storm?
Aloysius: Sure, mhm..::looks around::
Asparagus: That’s just what my soul is like, I think it’s turning into a big storm cloud.
Aloysius: That’s great..uncomfortable…I should mop up that puddle…

Blair wakes  up to change into maternity wear…OH Heavens no!! The outfit rears its ugly head!

Blair: Yay, there’s going to be a baby! I think I need to throw up again, but I’m so happy!

Great, this will probably be your last one so enjoy the nauseousness while it lasts? Blair rolled a want for 10 children – not going to happen dear! Oh remember how I told you to notice her and Avery talking earlier? I leave you with evidence that Avery is clearly Blair’s favorite child.

Honestly, I don’t think she’s interacted with Asparagus or Aloysius since they’ve become children. It’s sad.
